How billing works (and what counts as a call)

What counts as a call

Any call your AI agent answers — even if the caller hangs up after 5 seconds. We don't count outbound calls (we don't make any) or calls that hit busy signal before being answered.

Overages

If you go over your included calls, you are billed at your plan rate. The overage is calculated at the end of each calendar month and added as a line item on your next invoice — no surprises during the month, and no hard cap (your agent keeps answering).

Switching plans

Open the Billing page and click Switch to <plan>. Stripe prorates the change automatically — you pay the difference for the rest of the current cycle. If you switch down, the credit applies to your next invoice.

Cancellation

Open the billing portal from Billing → Manage payment and click Cancel subscription. Your agent stays live through the end of the current cycle. After 7 days past due (failed payment), your agent pauses. After 28 days total, your number is released and the agent is deleted.

Refunds

We refund the most recent month's charge if you cancel within 7 days of paying — no questions asked. Beyond that, refunds are case by case (email hello@rescueyourleads.com).
