Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?
You choose. Most of our clients use a friendly disclosure (e.g. "Hi, I’m the digital receptionist for Mike’s Plumbing"). Others use a brand-name voice that sounds completely human — both are legal in most US states. We’ll help you pick what fits your brand.
Does it actually sound like a real person?
Yes. Our voice agents use the latest conversational AI voices — indistinguishable from a human in the vast majority of calls. Listen to the samples on this page; that’s what your callers will hear. You can also clone your own voice on the Scale plan.
What if the agent can’t handle a call?
If a call goes off-script or the caller asks for a human, the agent transfers live to your phone (or texts you with the caller’s number and intent). You stay in control.
How long does setup take?

Do I have to change my phone number?
