What we collect
When you use Rescue Your Leads as a business customer, we collect business contact info (name, email, phone, business name), billing info via our payment processor, and operational data needed to run your voice agent (your business hours, scripts, FAQs, calendar credentials you choose to connect).
When your customers call your agent, we record and transcribe those calls so you can review them and so the agent can learn. Call data is stored under your account.
How we use it
We use the data to operate and improve your voice agent, send you product communications, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data. We never use your customer’s call data to train models for any other customer.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of vetted third-party processors to power the service (voice synthesis, telephony, call comprehension, and cloud hosting). These vendors process data on our behalf under written agreements. We’ll provide the current list of subprocessors on request.
Retention
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default. You can change retention in your dashboard, or request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data by emailing hello@rescueyourleads.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
